Overview
Tezlom are looking to recruit Support Workers in the Southport area. This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers wanting either full time flexible work or just 1 - 2 shifts a week. As a Support Worker, weekly pay is £8.50 - £10 per hour paid via PAYE with no charge for payroll. There is an increase if you’re working as a Limited Company. This particular service specialises in providing support for people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health concerns, substance misuse, complex care and autism. Support is provided in a variety of settings, including: individual homes or flats, shared housing/accommodation, extra care schemes and individual outreach/floating support services. Duties will include; support to enhance cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting and also supporting the person’s independence by enabling them to make their own choices and decisions about life. The role of a Support Worker can be extremely rewarding however challenging and requires you to be organised and work as part of a team.
