FitzRoy Supported Living services in Uckfield provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking exceptional new support workers to join our friendly team – could this be you? Vacancies available: Day and Night Full time and part time vacancies available - guaranteed hours available, bank (0) hours Set Day rate of £9.37ph Set Night rate of £9.65ph Day start and finish times vary but will be between 7am and 10pm, Night start and finish times 2130 to 0730. Staff will need to be flexible and will be required to do sleep ins and be available alternate weekends For this role it is essential that you have a full driving licence and are willing to drive FitzRoy vehicles. You do not need experience in care, nor do we require qualifications - we will invest in your development and training to become an exceptional care worker. You will be providing care and support individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. Through getting the know the people you support, you will identify and work with them to achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives. You will also be expected to carry out everyday tasks including support and encouragement with personal care as well as taking part in a range of interests and activities that make up a healthy, well balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. As Night staff you will also be expected to carry out everyday tasks including support and encouragement with personal care as well as some domestic work and providing general support a required through the night.
