Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a large national company to join their busy team. Along with a salary of up to £22,000, benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free onsite parking and healthcare and excellent prospects. About This Project Co-Ordinator Role: General administrative duties in support of the Project Manager / deployment team The co-ordination of deployment works, workflow and forecasting of works to ensure maximum project delivery Review survey output from build teams to ensure uniformity before submission to clients Collate and issue project update reports and issue to clients in a timely manner. Arranging access for survey and deployment teams with landlords/customers and 3rd parties etc, raising Purchase Orders where required and confirming access and notification to the teams Responsible for the escalation to the PM any programme, health and safety issues identified as not resolved or resolvable The liaison with sub-contractors, i.e. the issuing of work packs, requesting and obtaining quotations, obtaining outages etc. Collating / producing Hand over packs for upload to parent systems Embracing change to progress systems already in place.
