Overview
Plumbers with domestic experience required in the Swansea area. Your new company I am currently working for three large sub-contractors who are working with a social housing provider in the Swansea area. The social housing provider has started a project to renovate dated kitchens and bathrooms within their portfolio. The project is expected to take four years Your new role The successful candidate will be working within multiple properties on a weekly basis, as the social housing provider needs to turn the properties over quickly - you will be working with multiple trades to ensure properties are completed on a time and to a high standard. Most of the roles will be installing up to date plumbing to comply with modern legislation. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have had experience working within domestic properties. The candidate will also be a fully qualified Plumber, preferably level 3. Finally, the candidate will also need a CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness.
