Overview
This new Customer Service role is available due to internal promotions. This role will be a fast pace telephone based role to support business customers based globally and will require a confident German speaking candidate. Client Details This business are a global leader in the financial services industry, this business are situated in Chester and have a large team based in their Customer Service function. Description This Customer Service role will include the following duties; Speaking to business customers in German and English to discuss company card queries and authorisations Receiving and processing incoming customer telephone calls, orders and queries Seek to improve processes & ensure compliance of existing procedures Languages required - German, English (any third European language would be advantageous) Profile The desired candidate for this position will match the below criteria; Languages, German & English Graduate from a language degree Strong customer focus Excellent administrative skills and able to manage complaints Work well under pressure Job Offer This role is offering; Excellent salary and company benefits
