P/E backed IT Services business Management Accountant (PQ/Q) £45-50,000 benefits Our client is an exciting P/E backed acquisitive IT/Tech business in Central London expanding its revenues and client base with potential acquisitions. The Finance Director is looking to add a high calibre Management Accountant to the finance team to assist with providing management information and business analysis to the Board and P/E investors, as the company expands. As No 2 to the FD, the Management Accountant role will include:- Monthly Management Accounts and Financial Analysis for the Board and P/E funders Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, working closely with budget holders Work with department heads and management team to assist commercial decision making Assist with due diligence and integration of future acquisitions Constant assessment and improvement of processes, systems and controls Oversee the accounts assistant - accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and journals Responsible for Intrastat, EC Sales, VAT Return, P11Ds Prepare statutory accounts and assist with the audit and tax You will be either a recently qualified Accountant or part qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACMA, ACA) with a high calibre SME background. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate working on your own initiative and be willing to help out in all areas. You should be ambitious to work in a small P/E backed IT company that in on the acquisition trail. Career prospects to learn and grow in this Management Accountant role are excellent.
