If so this role would be perfect for you Luxury British brand ELEMIS are looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist to join their beautiful Travel Spas situated in Heathrow Airport. You will deliver the ultimate guest experience through performing first class express treatments service to a diverse range of passengers male and female. Electrical Facial training essential. Beautiful Benefits: Basic salary of £19,500 per annumQuarterly bonus of £250 based on customer feedback, treatment and email targetCommission on retail salesCommission on add on services30 days holiday1 x long weekend off EVERY month – Sat, Sun, Mon50% discount off trade prices on products25% discount off trade prices on giftsDiscount at the spas (dependent on days)Quarterly product allocation up to the value of £90 trade price Your Rewards benefit scheme Full training programme on all products, treatments, front desk and company standardsFantastic working environmentSupportive management team Responsibilities: Create a welcoming environment providing first class luxuryDeliver a range of professional ELEMIS express treatmentsDemonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest’s needsUphold stringent health and safety standardsReport to work on time and adhere to appointment schedulesEnsure treatment rooms are thoroughly clean, well presented and well stockedBuild great relationships so the client will recommend the ELEMIS brandIntroduce the gorgeous range of spa products and treatmentsAttend meetings, training and workshops as required Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent essentialWell presented with high standard of personal groomingExcellent communication and written English skillsCooperative and positive, sensitive to the needs of guests and co-workersReliable with a flexible approach to suit the demands and changes of the businessProviding the highest quality treatments on male and female passengersAble to work flexible shifts: Early: 05:45 - 14:15, 06:45 – 15:15, 07:45 – 16:15 Mid: 09:00 - 17:30, 10:00 - 18:30, 11:45 – 20:15 Late: 12:45 – 21:15 To thrive in this role, you will be a highly motivated Therapist who is enthusiastic about delivering a premium service and enjoy working in a luxury spa environment.
