Duties for the Insurance Advisor Role: Dealing with inbound call enquiries Looking into customer's accounts Making outbound calls to Brokers to gather further information Responding to emails Writing letters and correspondence Providing a high level of customer service on every call Skills for the Insurance Advisor Role: We would love to hear from you if you have the following experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Executive, Insurance Advisor, Collections Adviser, Debt Recovery Adviser, Claims Handler, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent or similar Experience working in B2B would be a huge advantage but not essential Benefits for the Insurance Advisor: Salary: £195,000 with up to £130 bonus each month 12 weeks training (no annual leave in this time) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Office hours Mon - Fri - 8-5 or 9-6 (no late nights or weekends) Discounted gym membership Private Medical care Stakeholder Pension Plan with employer contribution Access to great onsite facilities including subsidised canteen Plus, much more Please apply with your most upto date CV
