S O S recruitment has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company as an Insurance Advisor If you are motivated and target driven, then this is the role for you Location: Parkstone, Dorset Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 Depending on Experience Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 12pm Responsibilities: Our client seeking an individual who is highly flexible, target driven and has a passion in helping customer finding the right policy that suits them. You will be dealing with a variety of customer needing different types of insurance policies and your role be helping them decided which policy which will most suit them. Required Skills & Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience working within an insurance company You have experience of working closely within an operational environment whilst being both inquisitive and a keen problem solver. Ability to respond to all calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, while following targets and objectives set out by the management team. Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal. A keen eye for detail is essential. Ability to structure own time, use initiative and prioritise effectively. Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change. at least 1 years experience of Sales experience. Willing to learn and stay up to date with all and any changes made to the policies the company offer.
