Overview

Hours of work 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The company is one of the leading suppliers of underlay and luxury vinyl flooring to commercial companies and shops, via our own brand of products of QA and Luvanto. Our head office is based in Speke and we supply customers throughout the UK and Ireland. 1. Take incoming calls (1st ring) when appropriate and handle any customer service requests including the processing of orders, using the opportunity to cross & upsell. 2. Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance 3. Process inbound sales transactions and create outbound sales opportunities 4. Record customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, or comments and the actions taken to resolve them 5. Use the computer system such as Orderwise and Salesforce to gather and track information and to resolve customer issues 6. Capitalising on any campaigns and promotions with customers when they phone in to place orders 7. Swiftly recording, dealing with and following up incoming requests for pricing 8. Deals with any major problems that come up, such as stock shortages, delays with deliveries etc. 9. Managing customer relations and updating the CRM System with each and every customer engagement. 10. Liaise with transport and stock control over any customer enquiries 11. Handle any technical enquiries or questions 12. Support Field reps with everything they require including quotes, samples and literature, SCRS, Business Intelligence reports, customer service QUALIFICATIONS 1. General computer skills 2.
