Sales Administrator - Chandlers Ford - £18,000 - £22,000 Permanent, full time, 40 hours a week Your new company My client, a manufacturing company, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. They are a rapidly expanding family orientated business based in Chandlers Ford. This is a dual aspect role covering UK Sales order processing and Reception. Coordinate the processing of all customer orders in both a timely and accurate manner, including telephone sales to existing UK retail customers. Your new role Customer Service The main aspect of the role will be to receive customer orders, process them on ERP, ensure timely delivery & troubleshoot. You will be inputting orders onto transporters online systems and book collections. Part of your role will be to liaise with accounts, warehouse and field sales staff. Check transporter invoices for accounts and first line credit control for existing accounts. You will be maintaining the online shop - reply to email queries, questions and comments. The role will also involve a small amount of telephone sales to existing UK retail customers. Sending out new product 'mail outs' using mail merge to Account Manager's customers and sending out new lead letters for Account Managers and follow up. Reception You will also be managing the reception area and co-ordinate front-desk activities. To greet all visitors to the company in both a polite and welcoming manner, whether in person, via the telephone or e-mail communication. This role will involve general administration duties including sorting incoming and outgoing post and packages, order stationary and keep the reception, post room and meeting room tidy and well organised. Assisting other departments when required. What you will need to succeed Skills Professional, polite and clear speaking telephone manner Customer focused Organised and able to prioritise work Able to multi-task and work under pressure/deadlines Helpful, approachable disposition, resilient nature Common sense/pragmatic Knowledge Needed Competent in MS Office and sufficient level of computer literacy.
