Job Description
We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME. You will be the back up Sales Support role for two Key Account Managers, ensuring they are kept focused on proactive sales tasks and customer contact. The main purpose of this role is to follow up on attended sales meetings whilst ensuring you are acting as the administration support to two external sales representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to excel in a hybrid role to which can evolve around business requirements and personal aspirations. Key responsibilities and duties of this role... * Organize samples and information required for booked meetings * Booking meetings for reps * Record meeting details from reps onto the CRM and ensure the follow up of client * Schedule action items onto the CRM and ensure these are completed * Keep pipeline up to date * Respond and action requests that reps get from clients * Analyse client report, keep regular contact with clients and alert reps as to changes * Sales reporting * Customer information- set up and new line forms Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications... * Excellent phone manners, must enjoy talking on the phone with confidence * Organised and efficient * The ability to work under pressure * IT literate * Good excel skills an advantage * Past experience in a Sales Role is essential * Keen to build client relationships * Happy, positive with a can-do attitude Benefits * Salary between 25,000 - 35,000 per annum DOE * Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00 / 07:30 - 16:30 * 20 days holiday + 8 days BH * Pension contributions * Free on-site parking
