Excellent opportunity for experienced IT Field Service Engineers to join a well-established and forward thinking company Location: Worcester and surrounding area. Company The company has been growing successfully since 2000 offering a complete one stop solution from warehouse management of equipment through to installation, testing, calibration, customer training, technical support, remote software support and full onsite maintenance. Due to continuous growth they are looking to add 2 experienced Field Service Engineers to their team. Role and responsibilities The successful applicant will join the existing team of field service engineers, installing and supporting IT systems, network cabling and machinery in automotive refinish bodyshops throughout the whole UK This is a client facing role and requires excellent communication skills with a methodical and analytical approach to fault finding and problem solving. Full in-house training will be given Candidate Requirements · A good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems · A good working knowledge of computer building fault finding and repair · A good working knowledge of basic Ethernet networking · A certification would be an advantage · Full clean driving license In return the company is offering a competitive basic salary of £21,750 rising to £23,250 after 6 months.
