Senior Infrastructure Systems Support Analyst Linux OS, Windows 2012-2016, CCUM Currently working with an internationally renowned and globally reaching financial services organisation. This is an incredible opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure System Support Analyst to join our clients quickly expanding team based in the City of London, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a Linux expert, and have a proven track record providing up to third line support for all technical related infrastructure issues throughout London and Europe. Accountabilities: Solid knowledge of, and commercial experience supporting, Linux OS is essential Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for all end users. Solid working knowledge of Cisco - VOIP and SIP Configuration Excellent commercial knowledge and exposure to Network protocols Storage (SAN) experience Responsible for all complicated escalations Desirables Working knowledge of virtualization technology.
