Job title: Recruitment Resourcer - Apprenticeship Location: North London Wage: £10,400 - £13,500 Start date: ASAP Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths What is an apprenticeship? Business understanding Understanding the organisation Understanding & adhering to relevant regulations and legislation Dealing with large numbers of emails. Booking interviews. Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants. Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage. Clients Sourcing & meetings Advertising of vacancies. Holding open days for clients where interested jobseekers can find out about the company and register their interest. Conducting interviews. Registering candidates. Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK. Attending exhibitions and networking meetings. Sales calls and business development. Account management of existing clients. Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
