Overview
James Grace Associates Ltd is currently recruiting for a Scheduler for their client who is a multi national pharmaceutical company. Type of role - Temp Ongoing Pay Rate - £8.97 Hours per week - 37.5 Monday to Friday - Rota'd with 1 in 5 Saturdays ( 9am -1pm) The shift pattern for the weekdays will be as follows: 7am-3:30pm 8am - 4:30pm 9:30am - 6pm 11:30am - 8pm The Rota will be given 5 weeks in advance. Overview: Working on a rotational basis across UK geographic regions to schedule the activities of circa 350 nursing staff to meet the demands of a growing base of 600-700 patients. Working as a team of up to 25 Schedulers and Resource Planners Duties: Contacting patients within a specific geographic region to book in home care visits Ensuring resource is allocated fairly and utilise temporary staff where required Updating booking systems Ensure all resourcing data is up to date, accurate, and relevant to live operational plan. Updating Excel spreadsheets Essential Skills: IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office products, Excel essential. Scheduling experience Experience of working in a busy operations office handling the day to day challenges associated with a field based service provider Strong ability to absorb data from a variety of sources to solve problems and ensure it is managed correctly.
