Business Analyst urgently needed for a exceptional Biotechnology business, My client is looking for candidates who have SME knowledge across Oracle Manufacturing Systems to support upgrade core business systems, implementing a new Oracle ERP, you will have strong experience across Oracle manufacturing systems, strong communication skills, stakeholder management and work with multiple projects team through the project life cycle. In return my client is offer a very competitive salary, Great Benefits and an outstanding working environment Roles and responsibilities: Define and develop all aspects of bill of materials within our new ERP system Define and develop all aspects of work structures/routings within our new ERP system Apply your experience & expertise to ensure simplicity in design, consistency, and accuracy throughout BOM’s and Work Structures / Routings. Elicit requirements from the business users and Business Process Owners across the globe. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Support cut over activities, including data reconciliation, business continuity documentation and business process maps to capture the various stages of cut over. Collect user requirements and technical information through workshops, project meetings and documentation. Involved in all test phases (ST, SIT, UAT, NFT, OAT Skills/Experience You must possess an expert-level knowledge and understanding of Bill of Materials within an ERP system and how they affect the manufacturing process. This includes the technical structures for designing BOMs within a system to meet Manufacturing requirements. · You must possess an expert-level knowledge and understanding of Work Structures / Routings within an ERP system and how they affect the manufacturing process. This includes the technical structures for designing work structures / routings within a system to meet Manufacturing requirements. · You will be educated to degree level and have more than 7 years’ experience in designing, developing, working with ERP systems as they relate to manufacturing. · You must be proficient in operational excellence knowledge & experience utilizing the methodologies of Six Sigma and the Principles of Lean in manufacturing. · Must be willing to travel up to 25-40% of the time globally to attend workshops and other project related meetings. · You will have worked within an Agile environment and within a business with a web application focus and software product implementation. You have a strong understanding of the longer-term delivery of business projects end to end. You will have previous ERP experience, preferably in Oracle. · You also have s pecialist knowledge of the aligned function, its processes, data and applications, with understanding of the e2e enterprise solution. · Knowledge of the life science market would all be advantageous but isn't essential. · You will be able to influence and engage stakeholders and team members to reach common goals and develop strong working relationships throughout the business. · Multi-tasking must be a strong point as must prioritisation, as you will be working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
