Do you want the chance to expand your construction knowledge and assist key clients across a range of sectors? Well a fantastic opportunity is now available for a contentious construction solicitor to handle a wide variety of construction disputes As a Contentious Construction Solicitor in this leading construction team, your caseload will involve a broad range of disputes including cladding and fire related issues, contract disputes and payment disputes. As well as through the litigation process, you will solve construction disputes through different methods of mediation, arbitration and adjudication. This role offers a competitive salary, the chance for career development and the chance to play a key role in the firms disputes team in their specialist sectors. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years PQE in contentious construction work with a reputable firm and have an interest in the firm's sectors. You must have a passion to engage with business development for the firm and provide wider support across the team as and when it arises.
