Our client is a highly respected national law firm characterised by its award-winning, meritocratic and values-led culture. The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced contentious construction lawyer to play a key role within their dedicated construction litigation practice based in Birmingham. Applications are invited from existing partners or equivalent senior-level construction lawyers with proven contentious experience covering some or all of construction law litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation and ADR with a proven track record of handling a range of construction disputes. The firm acts for a portfolio of clients with local and national interests including developers, funders, buyers, tenants, public sector clients, contractors, consultants and specialist sub-contractors. This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role with the licence and autonomy to shape a progressive construction litigation practice for an outstanding law firm.
