Overview

Inbound Customer Service Advisor Full-Time permanent role Based in Springtown Business Park, Derry. This role will pay £17,076.80 pa basic salary with opportunity to earn incentive program. The shifts will be 4 x 10 hours so candidates will have 3 days off each week. There are different shift patterns that we have on the Sky contract - we require all candidates to be fully flexible between the hours of 7am - 11pm, Monday to Sunday. The roles are only Full Time - 40 hours - Permanent. If successful in the role you will be working for first source on behalf of sky. Through great conversations with customers, you'll help identify and solve problems, answer queries, understand customer needs and recommend Sky products that will improve the customers viewing, online and/or mobile experience. Training will be 3 weeks of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday - classroom based and there will be on the phones training after this and this will be shift based.
