Customer Experience Manager based in Biggleswade £30-35k doe This is one not to be missed and it’s a super opportunity to work for a great company. You will be directly responsible for the overall management of the Processing and After Sales Departments including processes and workflow as well as any consequential staff training development and welfare. Overall duties and responsibilities Development of your team through communication, support and ownership of results supporting the delivery of an optimal Customer Experience. Supporting the improvement of processes to ensure a sustainable and continuously improving customer experience. Support and encourage a problem solving environment Support the regular review of resources and costs across the Processing and After Sales teams Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience to troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements of customer service quality Responsible for department recruitment and retention, as well as the management of staff changes Liaises with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure quality of products and efficiency of department Support business change initiatives through proactive engagement in change delivery, supporting business readiness and communication Produce regular reports in a timely fashion as required by the General Manager Partner projects outside of Transactional Teams which are fundamental in the improvement of the overall Customer experience Hours are 8.30am – 5pm 37.5 hours per week Crucial for this role is experience, you must have recent experience in managing a customer service team coupled with experience in improving internal processes.
