Overview
Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a well-known, fast-paced, multi-million-pound turnover food manufacturing business. The site is fully automated, with robotics, mixers, conveyors and refrigerated areas. Location: Barnsley Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) Duties of this position: Rapid reaction to breakdowns causing the least amount of down time Ensure strict compliance and work within the confines of the company HS policies Carry out pre-planned maintenance schedule, working in connection with production to minimise down time and cause the least disruption to production You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to Continuous Improvements within maintenance Work to consistently to set KIP's Required experience and Qualification: Full electrical engineering apprenticeship Fast-Paced (FMCG) manufacturing experience Team leader/Supervisor experience is beneficial but not expected You must have aspirations to become a team leader/supervisor in a short space of time A can do attitude is vital, as well as being approachable and adaptable to change If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
