Area Manager – family feel Restaurant Brand £60,000 Location: London Salary Package: £55,000 to £60,000 bonus attached The Company: A smaller structured business known for quality and service in the UK Vibrant culture and training-oriented goals with experienced senior management team – you will be given the opportunity to be a part of this team and its strategic development The Area Manager role: Managing a small portfolio of restaurant businesses that are stylish and family feel Responsibility for a team and senior general managers and liaison with owners and external consultancies Being an inspirational Figure for others within the business Monitor, install/implement new quality benchmarks (best practice) across the business Have a “hands-on” approach to all operational aspects Effectively open and develop new sites Ensure the operations deliver financial objectives The Area Manager person: A proven man-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience of working within a similar quality-orientated food services organisation Be able to improve the speed and direction of decisions by clarifying and setting goals that must be achieved Come from a structured/branded catering, restaurant or retail operation A real ‘foodie’ who is at ease working in the world of contract catering and retail catering Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
