Health & Safety Manager - Construction Nationwide, £neg Health and safety manager needed for mechanical and electrical company. Health & safety manager role is a permanent role. Health and safety manager will be visiting various construction sites across the country and ensuring staff are understanding the health and safety process, and implementing is. The role of the health and safety manager will include: · Identifying potential hazards and reducing risks on site · Completing risk assessment and site inspections · Writing safety reports · Reviewing health and safety policies and suggesting improvements · Training staff on site on safety issues · Investigating accidents and compiling reports · Making recommendations for reducing risk of accident/ near misses · Producing presentations on findings · Checking equipment is safe · Drawing up safe operational procedures · Organising and attending health and safety meetings Health and safety manager will need to have own transport, due to the locations of the work.
