Since our inception in 2013, we have expanded our market share to cover majority of the UK. On the back of this success, we are now looking to expand and recruit talented and motivated RECRUITMENT RESOURCERS to help us fill our client’s vacancies. You will be speaking to a variety of people looking for their next role and ascertaining their specific needs. You will work closely with the Recruitment Consultant team to ensure they are put forward for relevant vacancies and help with tracking their progress through the interview process. ABOUT YOU We are looking for HAPPY AND FRIENDLY people who have a warm and outgoing personality to fit in with our existing team. Your ATTITUDE is the most important thing to us. Ideally, you will have prior experience of being a Recruitment Resourcer or have worked in either a customer facing or telephone-based role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Natural rapport building skills Tenacity and persistence The desire to make a high volume of outbound calls Organised and process orientated Excellent influencing skills Computer literate REMUNERATION Salaries are based on the experience and abilities of each person.
