Job title: 2nd Line Support Salary: Circa £30k DOE Location: Hemel Hempstead My client is a growing and successful company base in Reading, looking for a competent 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal person will be one who has previously worked for a MSP This role offers development and the chance to build a long-term career. They have a great working environment, so are looking for someone who will work hard but also has a good sense of humour. Skills/ Duties: Windows Server 2012 and above Exchange Active Directory Knowledge of networking including - DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP Firewalls, switches, routers Hosted telephony experience Configuration and maintenance of Remote Desktop environments MCSE Certification or equivalent Attributes: Interested in the latest technology Team Player Hardworking
