Senior Theatre Practitioner - Private Hospital £35,000-£40,000 plus Pension, Private Healthcare, Substantial Annual Leave & More Central London Full-Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a prestigious Private Hospital, located in the heart of Central London, who are in search for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This Private Hospital offers a 5 service to their patients, offering a full range of procedures including Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, Colorectal Surgery, ENT, Gastroenterology and Plastics. They receive excellent patient feedback, so are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team who are dedicated to promoting high standards of patient care. The Role The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. As there is a high Orthopaedic case load, we are looking for someone who is experienced within this area. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per weeks, which will include a mixture of earlies, lates, occasional weekends and participation in the on-call rota. In order to be successful with this opportunity you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) registered with NMC, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC. Role Requirements - RGN or ODP - Registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration - Extensive scrub experience within theatres - Experience in orthopaedics is essential - Passion for high quality patient care - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High sense of personal responsibilities - Ability to work as part of a team - Passion for high quality patient care - Surgical First Assistance course is advantageous, but no essential Summary My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Scrub Nurse to join their Theatres Department.
