Overview
My client, a top tier national developer with an excellent reputation for building quality homes, are currently looking to add a refurb specialist to their site team in Kent; due to a technically challenging project. The project involves the conversion of a Grade 2 listed Manor House, and is a very cost sensitive project to deliver. The Manor House is currently underpinned and is a commitment they have to "Home England" to deliver this complicated refurbishment/conservation project. This opportunity is for someone who is looking for a long-term career and progression, in return my client will supply an attractive salary / package and the chance to work on one of the company's flagship projects. We are looking for a Project Manager with commercial nous as well as a Strong build background. Job responsibilities Liaison with design teams, client teams and any other professionals involved with the project. Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Pre Construction when required Project reporting The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 year's experience in a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager role. Experience managing refurbishment/conservation projects. Strong build experience. Residential background (this can be from a developer or a main contractor) Strong and consistent performance Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced construction environment Strong and steady CV (longevity) with a national developer or residential main contractor.
