Software Engineer - Manage a team of 5 Your new company Lead Software Engineer position based in Belfast City Centre. This is an opportunity to join Belfast Chamber of Trade & Commerce's 'Best Company to work for' 2016 and 2017 and 'Best Office' 2018. This company has clients throughout the UK, Ireland and US with plans for significant future growth. This role means you will be a key member of the team and you will be responsible for new products, features, maintenance and support of the business as well as to drive continuous success. Your new role As a Lead Software Engineer you will be working with the product teams, external partners and customers to convert requirements into designs and developed to meet the end user expectations. In this role you will also be expected to provide guidance and support to all software development teams and drive excellence and innovation. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will need: 5 years software development experience with at least 2 years senior level.
