My client are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager who has a love for all things consumer & digital and wants to play an active part in driving transformation across the Engineering Leadership team Currently going through huge growth (multi-million £ budget just signed off) there couldn’t be a better time to join my client – it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity In this role you will lead a team that delivers the next generation of high performing, stable and reliable eCommerce platforms and help to drive seamless and effective automated delivery pipelines that take eCommerce features from development into production To be considered for this role you must have; Ideally come from an eCommerce background Experienced in front-end web technology / Javascript/HTML/CCS/React Coached and managed teams of developers, testers and DevOps Engineers building high volume of front-end web pages every week based upon requirements from stakeholders Worked across digital transformation at scale in an engineering Manager capacity Have excellent experience and knowledge with Agile methodologies and principles (SAFe would be an advantage) Extensive technical expertise across Development, Testing and Test Automation Project to Product & waterfall led process transformation knowledge Multi Brand / Multi domain API led architecture delivery Delivered high performing CI/CD pipelines Understanding / curiosity of emerging technologies This is an absolutely amazing opportunity for a Software Engineering Manager to join one of the UK’s biggest and most exciting digital transformations and with that gain huge opportunity for professional growth We will process your CV and personal information to assess your suitability for the role.
