Enterprise Architect We are looking for an enterprise architect to lead the IS strategy for our organisation for the years to come. You will play a key role in working to position our organisation to take advantage of emerging solutions and meet our future business needs. About Us? As the Enterprise Architect, you will work to ensure we have the technology and systems required to ensure we can meet the demand for our services. What you will do? The main responsibilities of the enterprise architect will be: • You will work to ensure that our IT governance and structures meet external standards and requirements and are compliant with our corporate governance strategy • Review the current state of our IS structure and assess the steps required to meet our target model • Implement any strategic implementations and initiate any developments to better use our IT assets • As the enterprise architect, you will provide overall assistance in advising the organisation on any developments and practices across the organisation on all current and future projects About you? The enterprise architect will need qualifications, skills, and experience in: Qualifications • TOGAF Certification • ITIL Foundation Level or Higher • Prince 2 Experience • A proven background developing and driving operational strategy to effectively deliver IT architecture in complex organisations • Experience managing architecture teams • A passion for emerging technologies and the ability to assess their effectiveness and usability in different scenarios Skills The enterprise architect will need an understanding of: • SAAS • Micro & Macro Service-Oriented Architecture • TOGAF • Airwave and emergency services technologies • Business continuity and disaster recovery planning • Cloud & Virtualisation Technologies • ICT Security • LAN/WAN technologies • Mobile devices and device management • RBAC & IDAM • Presence and collaboration tools including Telephony. • Datacentre operation and configuration • Digital services architectures and deployment If you would like to be considered for the enterprise architect post then please send in your CV and we will be in contact shortly.
