This role is to lead, motivate, manage and plan the Technical Services Team activity which is aligned to wider business strategy. Developing an established the team to reach their full potential and maintain high-quality technical services to internal and external parties. The role: Lead a technical service team day-to-day, ensuring that resources are deployed optimally, and people are motivated to provide the best possible customer service Deliver technical services to ensure that internal and external customers are provided with technical services which promote the compliant use of groups products. Analyse, report and act upon on customer data to drive wider tactical and strategic decisions. Develop and deliver appropriate training materials to the team to ensure engagement and continued development Drive CI activities The individual: You'll experience of working within the construction industry in ideally the both domestic and commercial sectors You'll have proven ability to lead and manage teams, creating an inclusive, high performing environment Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally and able to engage and influence senior leadership.
