Main Purpose of Role Day to day in this role you will assist and support the Front of House Manager with the efficient running of the London head office premises, ensuring the reception/training suite and other front of house duties are carried out effectively and to best practice. You will be someone who prides themselves on providing a welcoming, tidy, well managed front desk and training area, always looking to improve the experience of internal and external clients. This role may require working outside of normal hours so flexibility will be required. We are a training provider so your client base is our staff, guests and delegates who are attending our training programmes which we run in our training suite on the same floor. Part of this role is to provide assistance with daily meeting room and kitchen checks whilst also making sure that the meeting rooms are set to the correct layout, lunches and dietary requirements ordered in advance of meetings, events, training courses and exams. It goes without saying that you will be manning the phones, so you will need an extremely professional telephone manner to answer calls from the switchboard and redirect to the right people. Some of the additional responsibilities are: • Coordinate the efficient processing of all post, parcels and couriers • Assist with coding and processing of invoices • Assist with ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies for the office Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in a corporate reception - The ability to build strong relationships and maintain a high profile of the facilities department across the PLC - Excellent prioritisation and time management - To be proactive and creative in carrying out the duties of the role - A high customer service ability - A flexible, 'can do' attitude "We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
