Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a globally established Lloyd's Insurance Business who are recruiting for a Regulatory Accountant. You will be joining the company's ever-growing Syndicate Finance team having an involvement in all Lloyd's Regulatory Reporting and Solvency II matters. Main Responsibilities Include; Taking ownership in the production of the Solvency II returns for all group entities on a quarterly basis. Support the production of Lloyd's Returns (QMA/QMB) on a quarterly and annual basis. Work closely with the Syndicate Finance Manager on reporting requirements, audit preparation and project assignments when required. Building strong internal relationships across all departments (Actuarial, Risk, Underwriting and Claims) to populate the Lloyd's returns with maximum efficiency. The successful candidate will be either part-qualified, newly qualified or qualified by experience accountant who has of Solvency II or at least and understanding of how it impacts the balance sheet, UK GAAP/IFRS included. An esperienced financial accountant with strong balance sheet exposure would be preferable. It is imperative that you have Insurance experience.
