Job Specification POSITION: Production Operative LOCATION: Dolgellau HOURS: Monday - Friday WK1 5:45 13:45 WK2 13:45 - 21:45 x 3 Production Ops Or Monday - Friday permanent nights 21:45 - 5:45 x 1 Production Operative SALARY: £8.21 - £8.72 per hour REF: VR/00898 Our client is Europe's leading innovators and manufacturers and are looking for 3 Production Operatives on a permanent basis. KEY DUTIES INCLUDE Operation of manufacturing plant in accordance with departmental standard methods and risk assessment controls Sampling and testing of manufactured product to ensure compliance with relevant quality specifications Accurate completion of HACCP and Production documentation to ensure full traceability on site Carrying out all of the required CIPs as directed in the relevant standard methods Liaising with Shift Manager and Senior Production Managers to ensure they are fully aware of any issues and key decisions Safe operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring all faults with are reported on the Engineers Service Incident log Maintain a clean and hygienic environment within production areas, adopting a clean-as-you-go policy Participate in the Journey to Excellence programme identifying areas of potential improvement and assisting in projects to demonstrate and implement cost savings or enabling benefits Assist in the achievement of Departmental Key Performance Indicators and Objectives Requirement to remain flexible and work in Dairy processing, Dairy intake & Despatch, Lab, Cleaning and Fat Team Departments To work in a professional manner at all times and comply with the companys policy and procedures.
