UX/UI Designer – Bath – Great Salary Excellent Benefits An exciting tech business located in heart of Bath are looking to increase the capabilities within their design team with a talented UX/UI Designer. The Role As the UX/UI Designer, you will report directly to the CTO and will be responsible for the creative direction of the business’s native app. The role will have a slightly heavier focus on UI, however you will work closely with the UX Researcher, covering all aspects of the design process and playing a pivotal role in the usability and design across all projects. There will be a lot of stakeholder management and engagement involved, so as the UX/UI Designer you will need to be able to manage your workflow, communicate effectively, understand their needs and translate their passion into the native app with a creative UX/UI design. About You The ideal candidate will have a flair for design and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis, so you will need to be adaptable to changing requirements and needs. As the UX/UI Designer, you will own decisions throughout the project pipeline, from initial phases through to delivery, generate new ideas for the native app and suggest ways to optimise existing features Collaborative in your approach, you’ll be able to work closely with the wider team, motivating those around you and sharing the team’s passion as you work towards a collective goal.
