TEMPORARY ONGOING ROLES AVAILABLE IN CREWE – TEAM LEADERS EARLYS: £9.78 PER HOUR LATES: £10.11 PER HOUR As the Team Leader in the Returns Department you will work in a fast paced environment and will report directly into our Warehouse Supervisor. You will play a key role in the returns process and will be accountable for the day to day running of the returns department. You will support the supervision of the returns area, managing daily duty allocations for operatives. You will be working in a busy warehouse environment and will have the drive and ability to work on your own initiative. Our Returns Team Leader will be expected to: Ensure all returned items are correctly logged Allocate task to the team Resolve any issues when items will not scan Ensure daily manifests are in place for goods in and out for our suppliers Repack items and put back into stock Highlight any issues found and escalate these to the relevant departments Complete all KPI task, report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor Achieve availability requirements of recycled stock Discuss and resolve any team issues as they arise Encourage and motivate good teamwork Give continuous support to your supervisors A Few Things About You; You will be driven to influence individuals and the wider team, delivering fun and the ability to build relationships. You will be smart in prioritising and delegating work for your immediate team and be bold in solving issues for your department. Experience Previous experience of being able to solve problems Experience of working in a warehouse or logistics environment in desirable but not essential Be able to delegate tasks, negotiating workloads, assessing performance and reporting on developments Skills Reliable and self-motivated Good time management Computer literate – including Excel Good people skills
