Overview
Senior IT Support - Up to £35,000 Your new company You will be working with an exciting professional services company within the Architecture space, boasting 9 offices and nearly 300 staff members. They are in a phase of growth, recently moving into a new Central London office to accommodate for their future business needs. Your role will be within the rapidly growing IT team, working as their Senior 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst. There is a large opportunity to expand your technical knowledge as your manager will be technically hands on, acting as your mentor. Your new role You will be a Senior figure within the IT team and a key part of the teams continued success. Working closely with the IT Support Manager, you will assist internal users for all 1st/2nd Line Support issues. End users will see you as a friendly, outgoing individual who is happy to assist with IT issues.
