.Net Developer Team Lead – Horsham – Up to £60k Competitive Benefits A highly successful FinTech company are looking for a .Net Team Leader to join the development team in their Head Office in Horsham. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing a small-medium sized development team using .Net technologies and will have some experience mentoring Junior Developers. The role will be working with a highly talented development team who are based in the company’s hi-tech offices with excellent facilities which include free parking, an onsite gym (with a free gym membership for staff) and a café. The .Net Developer will be part of a team assisting with the development of their suite of applications moving from old legacy technology onto a new .Net Core & Azure platform utilising DevOps tools as well. You will also help in the development of a large wealth management platform project, requiring you to work closely with your team to ensure continued results. Main job responsibilities: Working on new projects on the core software, the focus will be on high quality programming including: · Develop existing and new features to the product suite following the SAFe methodology using the following technologies: - C#, ASP.NET Web forms, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core · Producing code reviews · Working with Architects to implement new work and technology practices Essential skills: • Experience using C# and .Net Technology • Experience with SQL • Experience with HTML and CSS Desirable skills: • DevOps processes • Working within the SAFe methodology • Exposure to ASP.NET Core • Experience using Entity Framework and Azure Technologies This is a truly exceptional opportunity for an ambitious developer who wishes to progress their career within an incredibly successful company utilising the latest development technology.
