Overview

We are currently looking for a B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer for an initial 6 month contract based in Newquay. Purpose of the Role: We have a requirement for a B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer based at the Newquay site. B2 Certifying Engineers are responsible to the Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisors (where applicable) and Shift Supervisors as appropriate within the area of work. As a B2 Licensed Engineer you will be responsible for: Carrying out certification and conducting all maintenance tasks on Helicopter Services aircraft IAW Approved Data contained within OEM Maintenance Manuals, requirements of Part 145, Helicopter Services Maintenance Organisation Exposition or any other company procedures Supervision of NCE and non-technical staff allocated to them by the Shift Supervisor for specific maintenance and/nor non-maintenance related task Ensuring compliance with established Tool Control procedure Reporting of unserviceability through company documentation to Aircraft, Systems and Services identified What we require from the candidate: Unrestricted EASA B2 license Proven track record, at LAE Level or similar role within an aircraft maintenance environment is essential Bell 412/212 type is preferred but not essential IR35 Status: This role has been assessed as inside of IR35.
