Senior UX Designer/Engineer London £60,000 Our client is a unique developer of online biometric authentication solutions who have clients that include UK Government, USA Homeland Security and other high-profile organisations . The company is a rapidly growing innovative company providing secure and user friendly authentication using unique face-based technology. The company is now looking to recruit a Senior UX Designer/Engineer to join their team. The Senior UX Designer/Engineer role is key to taking the company product to the next level. The right candidate will be a proactive team player, lateral thinker with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills. You should have the following skills and experience: At least 3 years' proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role,backed by a strong portfolio of mobile and web-based projects Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, Marvel, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual design tools Proficiency in Balsamiq Mockups, Omnigraffle, or other wireframing tools Cutting-edge visual design skills with sensitivity to human-computer interaction Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Experience in running UX workshops across multiple disciplines, including product and engineering Here's what you'll be doing as a Senior UX Designer/Engineer: Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Design usability tests, conduct research, create personas, evaluate user feedback and summarise conclusions Advocate and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards across the organisation This Senior UX Designer/Engineer position is based at offices in London and pays a salary of up to £60,000.
