CDP / Junior Sous Chef - Fine Dining Chef salary - up to £28k This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join a Michelin-standard kitchen in Central London. The idea Chef de Partie will have a strong high-end background, either working in 5 hotels, or luxury event catering. The Chef must be used to working with large numbers in a high-quality operation. Previous experience of working with fresh produce is essential. There is plenty of options for career progression, so the chef needs to be driven, ambitious and hard-working. Approx 40 hours a week, with varied shifts (day and evening).
