Chef de Partie - Dining Pub - Sevenoaks We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to form an essential part of the kitchen team, cooking across all sections. Almost everything is made from scratch, so this is a kitchen for a Chef de Partie who really loves fresh ingredients and has a passion for flavours. The Place Our client is the epitome of a classic British pub in the heart of the countryside, serving great food and an excellent selection of ales and wines. They have won a selection of awards and pride themselves on serving fantastic dishes using the best local seasonal produce on offer. This site is located in a village setting on the outskirts of Sevenoaks. The Perks As Chef de Partie you can expect the following: A competitive salary of up to £21,000 Great tips and service charge The ability to prepare dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients Access to the staff loyalty scheme Contributory pension Meals and drinks provided whilst on duty Progression opportunities The Person The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following: Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen The ability to handle a section on a busy service The confidence to prepare fresh food dishes from scratch Experience helping to ensure minimal wastage High standards of food hygiene As the pub is located in a rural area on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, having your own reliable transport will be essential All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
