Overview
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our friendly and dedicated team at the Swan. The right candidate will be confident working the stove during busy service and be able to maintain a high cooking standard when under pressure. The advertised position is approximately 35-40 hours a week, including some weekends. For us finding the right person is more important than getting them to fit around our established rota. We offer a good level of flexibility in working hours. As a member of our team you have the opportunity to develop your cooking style as our daily changing specials board gives rise to creativity in the kitchen and you can expect to get your dishes featured on the menu.
