Head Chef required for a fresh food gastro pub in the Surrey area, modern gastro pub dishes, fresh food. Good range of dishes including a popular sunday lunch menu. Head Chef required upto £42k bonus. The role We are looking for a fresh food Head Chef who can run the kitchen. You will ensure your kitchen is ready for service, fill out the various company forms, ensure prep is done and run the pass in service. You will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and your GP targets are hit. This role will include all the normal head chef duties. Experience We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background at head chef level from a Gastro pub or busy all day operation.
