Sommelier required for a fine dining multi award winning restaurant in the North of England. The food is stunning and is a good part of the North to relocate to. Sommelier £27-29k overtime. The role: As Sommelier you will work with the chef de rangs to ensure the tables within your section has an amazing wine expeirence. You will promote wines for each dish and match wines to the customers. This restaurant is very popular for the tasting menu. This role will include all the normal Sommelier duties. Expeirence We are looking for a Sommelier with a wine background.
