An award winning country inn situated in Wiltshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position Role: A high quality dining venue that has an excellent reputation for offering modern British dining for 70 covers is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the team of ten in the kitchen.This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a multi-AA Rosette awarded kitchen where you will be working with fantastic ingredients sourced from local farms, estates and the venues own garden.The menus at the venue focus on modern British, seasonal dishes which are prepared in a well equipped kitchen allowing you to employ the latest cooking techniques. Requirements: The role would suit a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens but is seeking a role where they can continue to learn.A chef who can follow their senior chefs instruction so that you achieve the high standards expected at the venue is needed for this position.
