Chef de Partie £25,000 Live in Tips Wiltshire, UK Chef de Partie required to assist the Head Chef with managing the food operation of a boutique country inn. Serving a 2 AA Rosette ALC Menu and Bar Menu. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be deputised by the Head Chef to assist with overseeing a multi-faceted operation Destination dining gastro pub – 2 AA Rosette On site Café/Tea room Team of 6 Chefs 9 on site guest bedrooms Private estate used for seasonal produce Own 1 acre market garden fruit & vegetables Estate provides Venison, Partridge, Pheasant, Beef & Pork Freedom of local suppliers and menu autonomy The Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs will work closely with the Head Chef, estate gardener & game manager to discuss and plan the produce you would like to see on your menus throughout the year. The ideal Chef de Partie will work with the team and together you will maintain the already high standards and drive the business forward. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a unique, long-term opportunity Purpose built kitchen, 3 walk-ins, loads of prep space.
