Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Members Club Our client is a highly prestigious Private Members Club in London, which is offering up to £27,000 for a Chef de Partie to run a section in their Fine Dining kitchen. This position requires a Chef de Partie with experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel Kitchen. The kitchen creates and serves dishes, using seasonal fresh ingredients, to the high standards expected by the members. In 2014 the kitchen released a cookbook showcasing the modern techniques and style of the kitchen. As a Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section’s mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality and deputise in the absence of the Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as to the high standard expected of this luxury kitchen. The chefs work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The kitchen is closed on weekends, Christmas and Bank Holidays. The ideal candidate will have: · A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5 Hotel. · A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients. · Ambition and a desire to learn and progress in an exciting kitchen environment. · Confidence when working under pressure in an a la carte kitchen. · Excellent communication skills. · Eligibility to work in the UK.
