Overview
Clinic Nurse - Cosmetic Surgery Up to £26,500 per annum (dependant on experience) Birmingham, West Midlands 6 weeks annual leave, free parking, workplace pension Remit Compass Associates are working in partnership with one of the UK's leading independent providers of cosmetic surgery, weight loss surgery and non-surgical treatments. They are committed to providing a very high standard of surgical and non-surgical excellence in all of the procedures they provide. Due to continued business expansion, the company is now looking for a Nurse to join their clinic in Birmingham dealing with cosmetic and bariatric surgical patients pre and post-operatively. You will be working independently providing care to patients, liaising with surgeons, practitioners and other nurses ensuring all patients have a fantastic journey. The Candidate You will be working 5 over 7 days (inclusive of weekends) carrying our pre-assessment checks with patients who are booked in for surgery and also providing post-operative care to patients who have had cosmetic surgery or weight loss surgery. Successful applicants will be given training and an additional payment will be given upon satisfactory training to carry out gastric band fills. Hours are worked on a rota basis and will include some late evening and weekend working. Requirements - Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Surgical and wound care experienced - A minimum of 2 years' post registration experience - Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions Benefits - Salary up to £26,500 per annum - Full training provided for gastric band fills - 30% uplift on salary for weekends - Plenty of training and development opportunities Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd are working in partnership on this Position.
